Raipur. Devraj was going in a bike with his friend Rakesh Manhar who was driving. Near Agrasen Dham, bike’s handle got hit with side of the truck. Both truck and bike were going in same direction (towards Raipur city). Bike got disbalanced and fell, and unfortunately Devraj fell before real wheels of truck. Accident occurred around 3:30 pm today. On NH.
